Robusto was launched in December 2008 and this English version is primarily aimed at English-speaking Habanos aficionados in the whole of Europe who wish to purchase larger quantities of the Habanos available from Northern Europe’s official distributor, The Premium Company, in Sweden.
For orders of goods that are in Robusto's stock, they will be shipped the next business day. If the goods are available at the official Habanos distributor Premium Company, they will be shipped after about a week.
If you want cigars that are not marked as in stock on the website, I recommend that you send us a wish list. When it comes to wish lists, we order goods from the distributor at the beginning of each month and it takes a few days before you receive notification of availability. When you receive confirmation that we can deliver what you have requested, you will need to pay for the goods before I approve the distributor's confirmation, either via Revolut or bank transfer. Wish lists can be sent to me via email, where I will also need to see your contact details and birth details to ensure you are over 18 years of age, as well as your company VAT registration number.
IMPORTANT! Before placing an order in the shop or sending a wish list to Robusto Europe, please note that we only sell cigars to registered companies with a VAT registration number. You must also have the permits required for you to import the cigars into your country.
